Which has more sodium?

Trying to determine calorie and fat values of foods is challenging enough. Now try tracking sodium content. Not to mention, lower fat foods tend to make up for the flavor lost from fat reduction by adding salt.

Doesn't it have something to do with your blood pressure or something? I thought that if you had low blood pressure then it was ok to eat high-sodium stuff.

For sure, don;t eat too much

For sure, don;t eat too much salt. Replace salt with pepper or natural herbal ingredients for cooking.
